The Sony X77L turned out to be a great one although it is believed to be at the entry level of Sony's TV products. This product is perfect for our family's needs, at a perfect price as well.

The picture is fine, and the sound is okay, but the electronics stink. I use it to watch Hulu and it takes FOREVER for Hulu to load - every day - and it will frequently bounce me out of Hulu and back to the home screen. Plus occasionally Hulu stops working altogether requiring that I delete the app and reinstall it. I thought maybe the probably was the router so I replaced it and even am using an ethernet cable, but no change. I totally regret this purchase.

We're sorry to hear that you have an issue with a specific app on your Sony unit. To address the issue with your KD65X77L TV taking a long time to load Hulu and frequently bouncing back to the home screen, please follow these steps:
• Turn off the TV and unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet. Wait for 2 minutes, then plug the power cord back in and turn on the TV.3
• On the remote control, press the HOME button, select Settings → Apps → See all apps → Hulu → Clear cache. If the issue persists, select Clear data as well.

Good color and picture quality. Had some issues with software performance on Google TV, but after updating the apps / system and uninstalling unnecessary apps, seems to be fine now.

Was having a problem with tv turning itself off and having to unplug it to reset it. I have tried plugging it in by itself not a surge protector. 30 hours now so far and has not turned itself off. Fingers crossed
