The television itself was a "good-deal" considering the sale cost... On the other hand, my wife hired "The Geek Squad" to install the TV on the wall of our living room...The person I spoke with at Best Buy thoroughly convinced me that having the Geek Squad install the TV with a "Premium Package"--VERY expensive! The cost of $625.00 was NOT worth it--not only did it take 3 HOURS of our time--but also Murphy'sLaw--anything that COULD go wrong--DID !!! They were informed that this is a very old home, built back in the 1960's, so beware No problem,they said...needless to say, they ran into problems pretty much at every turn. DO NOT HIRE THE GEEK SQUAD !! (Maria-Francisco's wife)

I had an older Sony Bravia for about 15 years and when I saw the picture quality of the new 65" Sony. I knew it was time for a upgrade we are really happy and also proud of our new Sony. It has really great color and sound. I added a Sony SOLO5 sound bar to it for even greater sound, this is an upgrade you shouldn't miss.

The television is a remarkable purchase for someone who enjoys movies and sporting events. I am still amazed at the quality of the picture and the brilliance of it. It always seems as 'though I'm there.

I wasn’t really looking for another television. I was walking around the store and the salesperson was really patient with me as I was asking for all the updated TVs. After spending about 35 minutes, I happened to see this one. It has exceeded any expectations and I am thrilled that I bought it at a great price!

We love our tv. We were so confused on which television to purchase and the salesman walked us through all the features and answered all our questions. Our tv has a great picture and sound. So glad that we went with the 65 inch one. Very pleased with our purchase.

Upon the recommendation of the associate, I decided on this TV (I had 2 other options picked out before I came to the store) and I am so glad I listened to him, it's great. The sound bar really makes everything much better. The picture is crisp, clear, and anything in HD is just spectacular. I am very happy.

Bought the Sony 55inch 950 series...Picture was phenomenal.....Wanted a larger TV, so I exchanged it for the 800 series 65 inch. Picture still good, but definitely not as sharp......or vibrant..If you can, go for the higher series.....

I bought this tv on Black Friday on a special. Reviews were good so I went ahead and purchased to get a bigger tv I the living room. We have a 55 Samsung curved tv for the past 4 years and it is an awesome tv. The Sony has a good picture but not impressed as I would have thought and it having newer technology I just expected more. Go see the tv in person before buying.

This TV is replacing 45" Sony that still works fine after 15 years but wanted an upgrade. Old set now in use in basement. New TV has great color and features. Still having an issue switching from Comcast channels to Netflix -Disney and will contact tech svc for help in near feature.

Great picture but you really need a sound bar, easy to use

Nice clear tv for the whole family. Awesome tv to watch movies and sports. It's very sharp on the image that we are looking at and also very good for the internet to use with. No more HDMI cable to use to see stuff from our phones. Very good to mirror our phones to the tv with no difficulty.

I upgraded to a Sony Bravia 65" LED X800G Smart 4K and what a difference from others. The picture is amazing and volume without soundbar is very good. The clarity of old and new movies streaming with the Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K is also amazing. There are so many awesome features as well.

I got a great deal on this tv, so I am pleased with the unit. The operating system seems slow and unresponsive at times. I think that was improved upon in the higher models. Picture and sound look great so far, and ultimately it is a good tv. Also, the voice recognition is very good!
