Great color and image quality. Built in sound is good. Super easy to set up, especially if plugging in directly to a modem. Only problem is that when I moved, I couldn't figure out how to remove the feet for transportation, so we had to package it with the feet still on.

Android TV is what I was looking for but this Sony Android TV has exceeded my expectations. I have used Hisense Android TV before this one. I saw the difference when I used this one. This Sony TV is by far better in terms of picture quality and Sound. I recommend this TV to everyone.

TV is great. Good price point, Good quality, however it is a little difficult to set up unless you are a net savvy person. There was help from the manufacturer in the store that was helpful. I buy Sony TV anytime and have been upgrading to a newer Sony TV for the past 40 + years.

This is my 2nd Sony Bravia & I love this one just as much as my older Bravia. The picture quality, features & build quality are top notch. Sony make the best products and I'll always be a customer. I expect the reliability to match my 2009 Sony Bravia that I still use to this day.

Carefully compared various televisions and after a great explanation by your sales advisor, we decided on this SONY. The color is richer, deeper, clearer and a delight to watch. I am very pleased with our purchase, the installation service men and the look of our wall mounted SONY.

The picture is very nice. The color is realistic. Red isn't orange. A big improvement over what I had. I did make some setting changes for my own personal preference. However, I am now in the hunt for a soundbar. I need a better option so I hear the bass. I can easily see the closed captioning. Overall, I am a happy customer.

I purchase this TV, as I already had a Sony 55". I know that there are other brands that offer 65" tv's at a lower price, but I still think that you can't beat the quality of a Sony TV...It's been GREAT so far!

Ever since I bought my first Sony 4K TV a few years back, I decided any TV purchased going forward would need to be a Sony-they make a beautiful TV. $799 for a 65” SONY 4K TV is money well spent.

The picture quality of this TV is amazing! The Android TV OS however is simply not reliable. If you get this TV, I would suggest an Apple TV, or some other streaming solution as the Android TV OS constantly hangs and simply leads to frustration. I cannot however argue against the TV picture quality, absolutely beautiful!

Clear picture easy to navigate, would recommend tv

I purchased this tv during the Thanksgiving sales and I chose a Sony due to the picture quality and the price. This is the first time I have owned a Sony and I am happy I did. The picture is better than the other tv’s that i own Only time will tell for sure.

This tv isn't what i thought it was going to be its way better, i initially bought a Samsung after having it for 3 days it was giving me trouble and i went back returned and bought this sony best choice! Great wifi connection and amazing pictures and sound

This is my second sony 4K tv with android tv. It took me a little while to get use to the different layout, but it works great. Great picture, right size to make my room feel like a theatre. The internal speakers aren't that great, but I have a bose sound system that really make its feel like a theatre.

Everything seems to work as advertised. Picture is great. Voice controlled remote works well. Just lots to learn. If you get this fro the store like I did, know ahead of time that it has to be hauled upright. You cannot lay these things down as it can damage them.

We are so pleased with this product. The picture is great and the sound is good. We had a little learning curve with the remote and getting to different site on the Apps screen but we learned by trial and error. We would recommend this product.

Have this TV in our basement. A bit small for the space, but certainly useful at a closer distance. Great picture quality and no issues with function at all (typical Sony quality). Happy with this purchase for sure.

Love it, we upgraded from a 55inch of a older TV model that we don't even see anymore and got this SONY TV at Best Buy on such a good sale. Couldn't pass it up and glad we did, picture is amazing got it hanging on the wall with our new sound bar.

Love that I can ask the Google tv remote almost anything just like my phone and Google mini. Super easy set up. Everything that was in my Roku stick is already on the TV. Was impressed with the sound and picture. GREAT PRICE for what you get!!!

I just brought it home and plugged it in. This is truly the best television for the money you can buy. You have to go way north of $1000 to get this kind of quality. 5 stars to Sony, one star for Best Buy. Really lousy post purchase service.
