Hope this one last longer than 5 years. Seems to be a good smart TV so far been what we were looking for in a TV. Has a good picture and sound.

We have a couple of off brands for remote areas (garage, patio) where elements play a factor. Those clearly don't have the picture the Sony produces.

But very disappointed that it is NOW $200 less than 1 month ago. Unbelievable! It was $999 and we got $100 off. Paid $899. Now it’s $699! There should be a price match on that!

I also like Netflix and Amazon. The picture is good . The sound is great. It's a big enough screen for me. I have no problems so far with this tv.

Believe it or not the picture on the Sony using a digital air antenna is better than any picture I ever had with Direct TV.

I hurry home from work just to watch whatever is on! Great picture, great sound.

The HDMI’s were inoperative. Best Buy refused to pick it up and replace it. They only wanted to help if I bought their extended warranty. After contacting Sony directly, I was able to get another TV sent to my home. Not only did Sony deliver the new TV they unboxed it and took back the broken set. Nice job Sony! Best Buy was NOT helpful at all. I’ll shop elsewhere next time!
