Though there is a lag while switching screens or apps. Refresh rate is 60Hz. Might not work with few bluetooth headset as A2DP is missing. In my case didnt work with my Jaybird wireless headset. Works great in a dim lit room. It glares a lot in a bright room.

Love TV but hate remote

Sony agreed to send new one over a month ago and I'm still waiting. My old Spectrum Universal remote works great, with limited ability of course.

I’ve had no problem any the picture is fine. Best Buy delivered it as promised. They also moved my old TV in another room. Overall I would recommend the TV and Best Buy.

I seem to have issues with it that I do not have on my other TVs. It's my first smart TV so I have nothing to compare it with. The picture is nice and I like the remote. So far so good.

Only noticed a difference when it was in the store and could do the side by side comparison.

Just a matter of miscommunication. I canceled the order so I never had a chance to use it. But I will choose all good in the choices.

Easy to use - did have the experts in to install and set up - so easier yet! Did acquire on sale, so great value at that point as well.
