But please listen along......... I bought 3 of these. 1 December 2018 for Christmas, 1 March, and then another, in November of 2019. All the same model. I hate this TV. Both the 2 I bought Dec'18 and Mar'19 have broke. Same problem; the display went bad. When you turned on the TV, the backlight would light up, but the screen itself would not function. And you could still click the remote and hear sounds as if it's navigating the smart menu, so it was clear the display has just gone. I took both the TVs to an independent repair shop and paid a diagnose fee to get this answer too. The best part; both happened DAYS after the 1-year warranty. Like almost comically perfectly after. Please please please save yourself a headache and buy a different TV. You can look up this problem too it's a common problem that entirely totals the TV. I am unfortunately awaiting this 3rd TV to reach it's death, too. I know it's coming. On the other hand, I buy LGs and have never had one go bad. In fact, I bought a Plasma LG TV all the way back in 2006 right when flatscreens came out and it's still in use to this day! Incredible! I just wanted to treat myself with a deluxe, high-quality TV. Terrible idea. If you want to buy a super nice TV, buy a LG ThinQ or something of that sort. Although personally, I'm going back to buying the cheap LGs. You don't even notice the quality once you get it home you just see all the TVs next to each other and want the nicest one. Once it's home, a TV is a TV. Please don't take my warning lightly. Avoid this dud at ALL costs.
