We were told original buyers returned it to upgrade, but 1/3 of the upper frame of the screen was dented and you could see a light all the time and a jumping g line on the bottom of the screen. It seems that brand new would be a good product.

Went with a tcl 6 series. Well worth the trouble of the return. This tv is ok if you are a name brand consumer. But still average at price point.

It was so blurry, it's unbearable. I had to return it and get a 120HZ refresh (which costs almost double for Sony brand).

If I could I would send this TV back to the store. Do yourself a favor and buy a LG. It's cheaper as I said with better quality

I returned it & got the same one ,I haven’t had any issues with my new one.

I'm sure this was just a lemon. It freezes, from time to time. And, the only way to get it working again is to unplus it in order to reboot. The remote is cumbersome, as others noted. The TV looks great and the picture was really good. It was a disappointment to have to return it. All manufactures have a few that are bad. Go with the good reviews as Sony doesn't usually have too many defective units.

Ended up returning it because we had all sorts of interface issues related to the Android flavor of controls. If you are an Android household this may work for you but we're a Mac household. We were using it to stream the Internet with an Apple TV box. On the bright side, the picture quality - when we could see it -- was quite good.
