    Pretty decent tv.Just when your watching a movie with a lot of dark scenes, it’s kinda hard to see sometimes. Especially if your blinds are cracked. But overall a great tv

    I thought it would be a higher quality tv for as much as it cost. I wasn’t happy with the edge lit led. The blacks were extremely cloudy and it didn’t have any features that stood out at all. It isn’t worth the money, you can get an entry series off brand 65’ 4K tv for half the cost and have similar quality

    Great for movies and video games. Sometimes pixelates while watching football. Still deciding if I want to keep it. Speakers are horrible like most tvs, but I have a sound bar for that.

    We were told the Sony was a better TV. Don’t agree, the picture is not as sharp as our 65” Samsung. It also is not accessible to use internet.

    Got this tv as an open box and its a little dark but still works. Almost had it a month and I Probley wouldn't recommend this one unless u like dark pictures.

    This Sony Bravia totally died after 2 years. Cost to repair is similar to purcbasing another tv with same features. I would not recommend purchasing this tv

    I bought and installed this TV prior to entering the hospital for major surgery (I had no time to watch and evaluate before hospital discharge). After I got a chance to watch this Android based set I was very disappointed. Navigation with controller is very slow, if it works at all. Hulu is the worst for navigation, but other apps have similar issues. Had I watched this set prior to the 2 week return time I would have returned it.

    I’ve had this tv less than 2 years and it’s broken. I’ve purchased nothing but Sony TVs since 2000 and this one goes out after less than 2 years. I’ve never had one go out before but this was crazy. One day it just started looping on and off. Even after a factory reset it continued to loop on and off automatically. So disappointing. I’m going to Samsung. For all the money Sony wants It’s not worth another try. Good bye. PLEASE DO NOT BUY. MY REVIEW IS NOT UNIQUE.

    I bought it based on what BB told us that it has AirPlay but to our disappointment, it doesn’t have. We downloaded the app but it didn’t work. BB kept telling us to update the TV, but we still don’t have AirPlay.

    Android TV operating system is absolute garbage. Always disconnecting from the internet and then can’t find your Wifi network again until you restart the TV a few times. Switching between apps is slow and if you get stuck on an app (happens a lot) you have to hard restart the TV at least 2-3 times for the picture to come back up and hope to god you’re connected to the WiFi or else you have to restart again. I’ll never buy another Sony again

    I purchased this TV from Best Buy in December and ever since March, the TV picture has flickered to the point of just going completely off, while sound is still going. Also, it seems when you run certain apps, the TV tends to freeze and skip. I've hard reset this TV multiple times, having to re-download all of the apps I previously had downloaded, totaling only 4 apps downloaded by me. And i've also unplugged the TV, let it sit for 30 seconds, then turn back on, which seems to help for like 2 hours, then I run into the same problem.

    I HAVE OWNED A SONY FOR THE LAST 10 YEARS AND WAS VERY HAPPY WITH IT. FOR SOME REASON THE QUALITY OF THE PICTURE WAS VERY POOR AND THE TECH COULD NOT GET IT TO IMPROVE. I RETURNED THE TV.

    When the tv was connected there was no picture just background sound Geek squad couldn’t help after talking us through troubleshooting and said the tv is defective and should be replaced. We haven’t been able to use this tv since March 19 when purchased and Haven’t been able to get anyone in customer service to talk to to pick up this tv and bring a new one
