    I bought this Sony - 65" Class - LED X800G Series for a business based application for conference room video purposes, so its a different application. Unfortunately, when the Geek Squad installed the unit on the wall, the technician identified that several pixels were inoperable, so they disconnected the unit and returned to BB. Ultimately, I replaced with a Samsung 65" Class - LED - 8 Series, slightly more expensive, but its been a recurrent pattern for me with similar Sony products.

    I've had this tv for 3 months now.. I loved it at first until a week ago suddenly a pixel died and now there is a black line on my screen at all times when watching tv. I've never had an issue with a tv until this one and I've barely used it and I'm already having issues.. steer clear of this one.

    We already are having issues with this TV. Getting ready to send back to Sony for a replacement! I’m very unhappy with this TV. Then it was a nightmare trying to figure out who to talk to since we purchased the extended warranty.

    Too long to load and the picture isn’t nearly as clear as I had hoped. I’m returning and buying a Samsung OLED.

    If I could give negative stars I would, after a year and a half just died out of nowhere. Sony had poor customer service when I called and said since a year had passed i would have to pay to fix it. To pay to fix is is basically the cost of a new TV.

    Broke twice, 2 different TVs. Sony customer service awful and wasted hours and hours of time for them to read out google searches

    Literally the backlight went out. We exchanged for another one and 24 hours later there was a thick white line down the side of the screen. We returned. Don’t recommend.
