Then again, my previous TV was a plasma display so that's a high bar to reach. The user interface here is really good. It is fast and responsive, clearly laid out, and supports all of the streaming options I need. It doesn't natively support Apple streaming, but it does support AirPlay so you can mirror the content from your Apple device. The only quirk I've seen so far is that if I pause the content for a minute or two, the speakers automatically switch from my external Samsung sound bar to the internal TV speakers, and I have to manually switch back. Maybe this is due to connecting the sound bar via HDMI ARC.

The only reason I gave four stars instead of five is because the feet are cheap looking. Warning, the remote is really long!!! Wish it were a little more compact. It’s helpful if you lose your remote often though.

The tv is essentially a tablet with a remote interface. It’s really great to have all the apps easily accessible and the updates run quickly and don’t cause many hiccups. Picture quality is incredible, especially 4K! I don’t like how Sony and google have oversight with every purchase you make not to mention what you view and when you view it. Privacy is definitely a thing of the past as companies build your marketing profile, which is returned in what appears on the display screen. Great for some, not so much for others. You decide for you.

The picture is clear. It took me a while to learn to use it. The remote is...meh. It is a very poor design. Too thin and the buttons are too small. I wish they would let me review the installation process. It would be a negative review if possible. DO NOT get Best Buy to install it. If you can get someone else to do it, that would have been a better way to go. Very poor experience and not 1 phone call from Best Buy to follow up and they were aware of my problems with the installation.
