Setup was simple and the voice control is easy for him to use. He can quickly search for shows on Netflix with the remote. So far so good.

We had to buy sound connectors to be able to tie our existing sound system to the TV. After much trial and error we figured out the correct connectors to enable our sound system to work. Best Buy assistance did not help at all. Color was changed to custom settings. Via internet, discovered recommended setting that work really well. To be honest, this grades out at about a 4.5 due to the sound system connecting difficulties, but that isn't available.

I was looking for a new one for my parents and this one hasn't disappointed. It's been years since we owned a Sony television, but I've always heard great things about the brand over the years. Picture quality is top notch, and the dashboard is easy to navigate. But probably the biggest thing for me has been the minimal advertisements of the home screen. It's one of the reasons I won't buy a Samsung any time soon. The last thing I want is to turn on an $800+ television and see a bunch of ads.

Recommended modest price smart TV

I specifically wanted to use TV for Google Duo. After research got LogiTech 920S webcam. While in Google Duo app on TV, the webcam was instantly recognized and I was able to connect immediately. Was wonderful to see grand daughter on 65"TV. This model is certainly not as "good" as a 1k-3k TV, but there's nothing I need that level of tech. I watched LOTR on mine, scenes unbelievably clear; especially c/w "old" LED TV.

The large screen/picture/color are excellent and I can see this TV from any where in the kitchen and family room. I had the Geek Squad to install this TV over my fireplace and they did a super job as always. The were professional and wore their masks to protection themselves and my family. I'm really glad that I purchased this Sony at a great buy and 24 months no interest. Best way to shop!

Big Screen with a Great Picture

I wanted to a get a big screen for the new space and after looking over the different options I decided to go with this one. Screen is clear, great color and the Andriod OS is very snappy and quick. I am very happy with the purchase and handles all my gaming without any issues. This includes PS5, Xbox, and other streaming game services. There is no noticeable lag. I absolutely recommend this tv for the price range.
