Awesome Picture.

I couldn't be happier with this purchase. I was actually going to purchase a different brand and model that was more economical. The Sony rep showed me this model and explained that since I was a total tech member the cost differential was about $50. I'm so glad I went into the store instead of buying online.

New 65” Sony TV

Love the Sony products we have purchased in the past from Best Buy. The picture and sound quality on this 65” TV are excellent. Bought a 65” Sony X95K series TV 2 years ago for our living room. Love the quality of theses Sony’s.

The picture is excellent and just the right size for our living area. It was easy to set up and connect to our Dish network receiver. We were able to connect the remote with the Dish and the external speakers for easy of use.

A had gotten the same brand and model over 10 years ago, and is still works fine. That is why I stuck with this brand and model. I did feel like I wanted to chose the highest brightness level, but put it on the recommended setting. I needed my son to help me set it up, though with all the questions and prompts. I am satisfied though, and was happy to get this TV on sale as well.

My favorite thing about sony is it instantly connected to my sony surround sound and works great with my ps5. The remote is simple to use and set up was a breeze.

Broken screen

I couldn’t get five stars due to the screen being very fragile, I had to return a TV two times because when I got home to and unboxed them, the screens were shattered. After the third one, I had one that wasn’t broken in the box. But it makes me very nervous to move or touch the TV due to how sensitive the screen is. Probably wouldn’t buy again because of the screen.

We strongly recommend to use correct hand placement while carrying the TV is very important for safety and to avoid damage. To hold the TV correctly when moving, we recommend to have two persons. Place one hand (palm of your hand) on the bottom of the TV along the bezel avoiding the screen, then place your other hand, on the top of the TV still avoiding the screen and carefully lift the TV.
Also, please make sure that the TV is turned off and unplugged before moving the TV.

The picture is great and you can’t beat the sound. We have other TVs but when I turn on everybody in our house comes to the living room.
