Not true no app found.. otherwise it a good TV

We're happy that you appreciate most of the features of this TV. We're also sorry you've been running into difficulty. The BRAVIA X80K supports the Zoom app for webcam purposes with the use of the compatible BRAVIA CAM (CMU-BC1) (sold separately). The Zoom app is available to download on the Google Play Store. Make sure that your TV is running the latest firmware.
Refer to the link below on how to install applications on the Google TV, then search for Zoom.

The colors and contrasts are the most realistic I’ve seen, even compared to others above this price point. Haven’t found anything that I don’t like about it yet. Would definitely recommend this TV!

Take a picture of the sound is absolutely awesome. Wish I wouldn't gotcha was able to afford one before. Basically the best TV out there, SONY is.

Super easy setup with Google TV and Home. This is the 2nd Bravia I've owned, the first was a 49" bought in 2015 ans still works fine. Just wanted a little larger screen and voice assistant.
