This particular product had burn image, contacted sony, couldn't fixed it, but Sony originals are very quality products

The picture is great - but difficult to operate

They make it hard to find the internet, they make it impossible to stream a cable company. They force you to use their programs. I had to add ROKU in order to make it easier to operate. Very disappointing, why they have to push a personal agenda rather that just provide you with a great TV. And lastly they provide you with a very cheap remote that doesnt work well and hard to operate.

The Wi-Fi signal on your TV may drop or intermittently disconnect for various reasons. If you haven't yet, we do have troubleshooting steps that may help resolve some issues, especially if the TV Wi-Fi signal drops or intermittently disconnects from the internet.

As for the remote, make sure that there are no obstructions in front of the TV as it could block the signal from the remote.
Make sure to update the firmware of your TV to improve its performance and resolve any possible software-related issues: https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/articles/00119543. The updates also include key features, applications, and bug fixes.

The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I am not sure the quality of the picture warrants paying $500 more than other name brand 65" TV;s.

Good value in price vs. picture quality

One could spend more or less, but the better picture quality is not worth it to me. I have an external Sony soundbar, so native TV sound is not that important to me. Overall I find this TV good value.
