Hi BDM1, We're sorry to hear this issue and we understand the need for having a fast forward and rewind controls. Your feedback is extremely important to us and is very much appreciated. If you are inside an app/streaming app, rewind and fast forward can be controlled either pressing the left or right directional buttons and pause/play using the center button of the remote. Please note that we cannot guarantee if these buttons will also work if you're watching from another source/input device. Some sources/input devices will have a built-in fast forward or rewind option within the app.

As for the no program information on some channels, the TV Guide is a third-party app from Gracenote. Gracenote supplies their own TV Guide data. If you would like more details on content viewed/listened to, it would be best for you to follow up with Gracenote upon your request in order to provide you with these details.
