The movers lost my power supply with my 60” TV and had to order a new one. Your one geek guy FONZ told me to text him when I received it and he would come back and hook my Tv up, I have texted him 3 times and he ignores my text

The sound is very tinny and to much treble No matter how you adjust the equalizer. I really didn’t wanna have to invest in a sound bar but I think I might if I choose to keep it. And certain items don’t show up against a blue sky or a gray sky. They just disappear such as a golf ball going across the screen in the sky or a light pole with lights on it disappears in the sky. Also, if you said it to a darker setting you get black spots in the corners. The picture is great for streaming but not so good for old shows. Overall cartoons look great so maybe it’s more geared toward the kids/family room. For the main TV of the house I would’ve chosen otherwise had I known. Actually, I’m not 100% sure that I’m keeping it.

Designed to complement the sound quality and slimness of the TV with its unique new shape, our X-Balanced Speaker drives movies and music with clear sound. As a suggestion, you can configure various settings related to the TV’s sound such as sound quality and sound mode. Select the appropriate sound setting for your Google TV which best suits you.
The sound quality may improve if you change it in [Sound] under [Settings].
Press the HOME button, and select [Settings] — [Display & Sound] — [Sound] — [Sound mode], and adjust [Sound mode] or [Sound customization].
If you are watching from an external output like a cable box or your Blu-ray, please make sure that you have enabled the Enhanced Format setting on the TV. When you watch 4K picture with High-Quality, use a Premium High-Speed HDMI Cable(s) that supports speeds of 18 Gbps or more. For streaming, quality depends on the original video provided by the video content provider and your connection bandwidth. If your network is not fast enough, you cannot enjoy 4K/HDR content at the best quality. The required network speed depends on the service.

But thats user error. And older optic cord equipment. Newer BT systems likely connect instantly. Dislike the extra steps to purchase Amazon Prime videos, a new connectivity issue for google. Previously, in Amazion app purchasing was much smoother and streamlined. Now Android users need to log on via computer to make Amazon purchases. Google TV has the same videos often at a similar price range, so that is probably why. Wish I could organize the apps a little more. But all the ones I need and use work very well. Over all it a huge upgrade and I love it
