Vivid colors, on point realism & the blacks were fairly decent. This here TV is a GREAT under $1k purchase.

When using the HDMI function, make sure that all connections are secured. It is also recommended to use a High Speed HDMI cable for optimum performance. Sometimes cables are the easiest cause for concern and fix most issues.

SONY 65 inch google TV

The TV screen goes blank and doesn’t respond from there. Also sometimes I’m unable to select accounts or some of the apps, the TV gets stuck. I checked for software upgrades but it says it’s up to date. @SONY , @BESTBUY, I need help on this. I have a 1 year warranty, willing to return it if possible. At least need this repaired as I have 1 year warranty for this.

We're sorry you've been running into difficulty. You can connect audio systems such as AV receivers or sound bars to the TV. Select a connection method below according to the specifications of the audio system you want to connect.
• HDMI eARC/ARC connection
• Optical Digital Cable connection
• Bluetooth connection
For a stable connection, an HDMI connection is recommended. The Soundbar is compatible with eARC (Enhanced Audio Return Channel). You can enjoy object audio content such as Dolby Atmos - Dolby TrueHD and DTS:X, or multi-channel LPCM content that cannot be transmitted with ARC by connecting the Sound Bar and TV compatible with eARC using an HDMI cable. Descriptions about connecting devices to the TV are also available on the Sony support website. Refer to it as necessary.
