The sales person at our local Best Buy store was correct in saying that switching to Sony from TCL was a huge step up. It doesn’t even require a soundbar, the sound is that amazing!

Not Impressed with this picture at all

The pictures does not look crystal clear. It looks like the 10 year old TV I replaced but bigger.. and more expensive. Big disappointment. I have cable, Prime, Netflix etc so it is not the channels. I also purchased the Sony sound bar. Now That - I am very pleased with. Sounds great.
