      Thank you for reaching out to us. We're sorry to hear some issues that you are experiencing with the Apple TV and Pandora app. Allow us to help troubleshoot the problem.

      To use the Apple TV app, AirPlay, and HomeKit, you will need to enable the Sony Smart TV services via the BRAVIA TV Privacy Policy. If you experience Apple TV access or connection issues when pairing to an Apple device using the AirPlay app, follow these steps to resolve the issue:

      Restart your Apple device.
      Enable the Sony Smart TV services via the Privacy Policy screen.
      On the supplied TV remote, press the HELP button.
      Go to Status & Diagnostics, and then select Privacy settings.
      On the Privacy Policy screen, read the privacy policy; if you agree, scroll down to the very bottom of the policy, and then agree, at least concerning Sony Smart TV services, or select the Agree to all option if you desire.
      On the TV remote control, press the Input button, and then select AirPlay from the input selection to display the AirPlay menu.

If the Home screen always displayed when you turn on the TV, this is because the Power on behavior settings is set to Home screen. You can change the TV startup behavior to Last input if you prefer your TV to power on with the last watched TV channel or external input instead.     This tv feels so much different. It feels like the real deal and makes my old tv (sorry, my old friend), appear way older than her age. The picture quality is the best I have ever had.

    Get the Warranty!!!!

    It was good tv when it worked. Unfortunately the tv stopped working less then a month of having it. Thank God we had a warranty and it was within 30days because we have been out a couple hundred of dollars. The Geek Squad came with our replacement and it's been going good so far.

    Great picture and easy to install. We had this big tv delivered. Thank you to the tech at the store that made this recommendation. Only thing that could be improved is the sound must be turned up to clearly hear the voice. Voice should be clear at all sound levels.

    If you are looking watch hdr movies and game this tv might not be for you. On the other hand it is great for tv shows and regular watching. It is a well known tv brand and its nice that sony gives its customers an affordable tv

    TV looks and works great and at a very good price for what you get. That said, because it is direct lit (I think), in a dark room, you can see where the LEDs are located at the bottom of the screen. That the main reason for 4*s instead of 5.

    I bought this television because of the quality of the Sony brand throughout the years, the television worked well for the first few months after this, the television deactivates and activates the WiFi only creating disenchantment and discomfort when one is watching a sports program or something else It is a shame that this is the case. I have already spoken to customer service and nothing remains the same. I do not recommend this brand. It has been the worst thing I have ever had on television.

Many issues can be fixed without a repair. The Wi-Fi signal on your TV may drop or intermittently disconnect for various reasons. If you haven't yet, we do have troubleshooting steps that may help resolve some issues, especially if the TV Wi-Fi signal drops or intermittently disconnects from the internet.

    Should’ve stuck with my gut

    I came in wanting to buy a roku tv but the saleswoman on the floor convinced me to buy this one instead claiming that it had better quality. The quality is not noticeably different from my roku and I am pretty disappointed in this purchase given how much more expensive it was and I really do not care for this tv that much. It is okay but I should have listened to my gut and gone with what I initially wanted. The picture quality is really not that great and has some contrast issues at times. As a spectrum user it does not have the watch spectrum app that lets me watch my cable channels on my tv and all around it pales in comparison to my roku: streaming, air play, app organization, virtual remote, and not to mention I absolutely hate the googletv interface.

    Good value for the Buck. Believe I was paying more for the name brand. When finally got home & set up, the bottom & all four corners had dark marks.

    The TV broke less than two weeks after purchased. As per the person replacing the TV trough the Sony guarantee lately they only replace this brand. It is not what it used to be, I have an older Sony Bravia that still works after more than 15 years
