However, we're sorry to hear some issues that you are experiencing with the TV. Allow us to help and isolate the problem. May we know if you are watching from the TV apps or from an external device? Does issue occurs on different input and TV's Home screen? If you're experiencing the issue while using an external device, verify the physical cable connection between the TV and the device, as well as the device settings. If possible, try to use a different cable. Performing power reset or restarting the TV may also help resolve picture and sound issues.
