Enjoying the tv

It does have some reflection with lights at night. It is a brighter tv but u can turn it down if u would like this is one of the thing we like about the tv. We feel the tv has a very clear picture compared to the others we looked it.

If you really want the best viewing experience, it's a good idea to turn off all lighting sources as Sony TVs look the best in the darkest environment possible. Light from windows and lamps may cause glare on the TV screen. Using a brighter Picture Mode, like Vivid or Standard, will also help reduce reflection while watching TV or gaming. Self-calibrating sound is reasonably easy to set up. Wish the remote was easier to see & distinguish in low light conditions. Would like more apps available. Excellent reliability, so far. Would get another one.

Sound is more than average. Not seeing any concern with 60hz. I don't play games. Overall sony keeps up it's standard with this product.

It was easy to set up and get into operation. I would prefer a printed user manual, but that's just a personal preference.

Color is up to par with my standards. PS5 looks really good on it as well. I'd say 4 1/2 stars for me

Only minor issue I have is with gaming. It will get slightly pixelated but nothing to make me not like the tv.

I prefer the apps and ease of use on this tv. Picture is great, and tv settings are plentiful. 4 usb and other media inputs. Very happy.

Colors and clarity of the picture is great. This is our 2nd Sony 4k TV. No complaints. Only down grading the sound because its not the same as using a sound bar set up.

Amazing sound for built in spreakers. Picture is good. Blacks are solild. Movies looked good. But i returned it unfortunately.

While we're glad that you like the amazing picture and sound quality of this TV, we are sorry to hear that it hasn't performed to your standards when it comes to gaming features. Your feedback is extremely important to us and is very much appreciated. The X80K has a panel refresh rate of 60Hz. 4K at 120Hz is only available for the 85" X80K model. As for gaming with the X80K, the input lag is really low as long as you're in game mode. This TV automatically switches into Game Mode with PS5 to minimize lag and maximize responsiveness. It switches back to Standard Mode when watching movies for more expressive scenes.
It's unfortunate that you're not having the best experience with this gaming monitor and the unit had to be returned. For expanded HDMI 2.1 feature support including 4K at 120Hz signal format, VRR, and ALLM, please check out the X85K, A90K, A95K, A80L, X90L, X93L, BRAVIA 7, BRAVIA 8, and BRAVIA 9 series.
We hope you will consider Sony again in a future purchase. Thank you for the feedback.
