    Great value at $500 open box excellent condition. Not a big gamer so the lack of 120 hertz refresh hasn't been a issue. This TV performs very well in my living room.. Only issue is the remote and interface is a bit much. Less is more, i'm still learning the remote.

    After venturing into the other newer brands it was time to return to Sony, known for its quality build. Wanted to go bigger so got 65". Happy with the picture and ease of use. Would recommend.

    Excellent TV for a great value! The picture is really good for everything. Shows, movies & video games. I use streaming services as well as Xbox One X. The inputs are easy to customize. I also utilize a Bose external speaker system and it sounds great. The TV's speakers are good too. When purchased, I needed a TV with its own speakers. For the price, this TV is excellent.

    I love it. The picture is is sharp and clear, and it is easy to use. It has a great remote too. We got a S4 Polk sound bar so I don't know about the sound of the TV.

    while the Sony delivers a great picture, they have made it very difficult to operate. They make it hard to find the internet, they make it impossible to stream a cable company. They force you to use their programs. I had to add ROKU in order to make it easier to operate. Very disappointing, why they have to push a personal agenda rather that just provide you with a great TV. And lastly they provide you with a very cheap remote that doesnt work well and hard to operate.

      The Wi-Fi signal on your TV may drop or intermittently disconnect for various reasons. If you haven't yet, we do have troubleshooting steps that may help resolve some issues, especially if the TV Wi-Fi signal drops or intermittently disconnects from the internet.

      As for the remote, make sure that there are no obstructions in front of the TV as it could block the signal from the remote.

      Make sure to update the firmware of your TV to improve its performance and resolve any possible software-related issues: https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/articles/00119543. The updates also include key features, applications, and bug fixes.
