My TV is now about 3 yrs old. First year great pic, but kept disconnecting itself from internet. I lived with it. About a month ago Sony did a big update and since then, it will only OCCASSIONALLY connect audio through my receiver when streaming. I tried doing on line fix - nothing. I tried calling Sony - no dice - they don't take phone calls anymore. You have to go on line and fix yourself. For the price this TV sucks. My friend bought the big Magnolia version and has constant audio issues connecting to sound bar, plus she comes home & TV has turned itself on. Real issues here. Looks at another brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I just got an update for the tv, Now it won't take hdmi, or hulu or youtube or other apps wont work. My 65 inch tv is now essentially a huge brick. Not gonna buy a sony again if this doesn't get fixed
