Picture is really nice. Sound not that great so a sound bar is needed. Nice to have built in apps.

The picture and interface is great. The only problem is configuring the sound is kinda wonky.

This is a great midrange tv for those not looking to spend a fortune on a tv set, but don't want an entry-level set as well. Its chock full of smart TV features like Hulu, Netflix, disney+ etc. Only issue I've had is setting up wifi which turned out was my home network's fault.

TV is working fine. Good TV, good sound even without a sound bar. So far, we are satisfied with this unit.

I truly enjoy the Sony XBR-X900F 65-inch TV's performance and functionality, This Sony is a well-made 4K TV with many features. If you want a really good smart TV, this is definitely one to consider. It is an outstanding TV and for a price that won’t require a second mortgage.

The picture on this tv is great and setup was very easy only draw back for me is your unable to download apps

This was an up grade from my Sony 55". I am very pleased with the overall resolution quality and performance of this 65" TV. The smart TV features are simple to use and it was easy to hook up all other blue tooth devices. Excellent buy for the money.

I'm sure it's because I'm not watching any 4k content that the TV doesn't look as good as it did in the store. It looks ok. Better then my last Sony. Better than my last Samsung. But a bit dark actually. Dont have the 200 bucks to get it professionally calibrated and cant get good suggestions from online so.... it's ok. I'm slightly disappointed, but only slightly.

Nice quality tv does keep it self updated regularly and the picture quality is good for a full array.

Over all not a bad tv for the price. Colors are sharp. Motion can be a little slow on certain scenes.

We set this smart TV up by ourselves and it is a thing of beauty. We are not heavy TV watchers, but when we do it is very enjoyable. It connected well with our bar speaker of another brand and it's hardwired for internet streaming. We don't do cable, but it's been great for Netflix and Amazon, so far.

TV looks great. However it has a big problem with the built in streaming. Chromecast and Netflix keeps freezing making them unusable. To use these built in systems I have to go into app file and force stop and clear cache. This is time consuming and frustrating. I hope they fix asap with next update. I dont have satellite or cable TV so this is a deal breaker.

Beautiful picture quality but wasn’t bright enough. Returned and purchased the Sony 950

Tv looks very nice and is so thin. Very easy to set up and has Netflix and other apps

This has been a really good TV as far as picture quality. A couple troubles I’ve had it the main board went out the first week I owned it. It was replaced under warranty and haven’t had trouble since. The biggest issue I have is the remote is way to aim sensitive. Only place it works is if you are dead straight in front of it.

I decide to upgrade from my 8 yr old 48”Sony. Plugged it in and was immediately disappointed by the picture quality. Went online looked up all the suggested setting and there was minor improvement but the picture did not look any better than the one I already had. Mind you I had turned on the older one before I unplugged it to have a reference to compare to. On a minor note going from a 48” to a 65” was a very drastic size change for our living room. Again, the very next morning tried to see if I could do more but to no avail I was not happy with the picture. I packaged it back up and returned it to Best Buy. Some with a sales rep there and he asked me what I disliked and what I’d like to see in an newer tv. Well he led me to the 950 model and said that I would notice an immediate improvement from the 900. Well I bought the 950 model 55” and he was right. I plugged it all in but not before turning on the older one and I was not disappointed.

I replaced a Sony 55” from a few years ago with this and I opted for a “middle of the road” on pricing vs the deep discounts on Black Friday. I’ve been very pleased with this all around. The tv speakers also aren’t bad when the sound bar is too much late in the evening.

This is an excellent TV. We use this as our "primary" TV in the movie room in the house. Great resolution, excellent built in speakers. We use the 55" version of this TV in our house as well. Getting the 900 series is definitely worth the upgrade in price over the 800 series.

I purchased 2 Sony TVs when I moved. I didn't even consider any other brand. Every TV I have purchased in the last 25 years or so have been Sonys. There longevity has and quality has been tremendous. I wouldn't buy anything else.
