He was very interested in my conversation and was informative. Explained the differences between TV's and was very kind, courteous, and attentive!

Excellent gaming on my XBox one X HDR really looks fantastic! Dolby vision is stunning while watching netflix. On sale at Best buy. I really have no complaints so far.

Images will appear pixelated and distorted when they are moving too fast. Contacted Sony and had my first Tv replaced because it the picture was so distorted. The second Tv still had issues and on top of that had bad blooming that the first one did t have. Sony said that was normal for their TV and nothing can be done about it. My Samsung from 10 years ago has better picture quality and image processing powers than this Sony. don’t be fooled by the lower price tag. You get what you pay for. Go Samsung and pay the extra money for a Tv that will display images clearly without distortion. Lesson learned...
