Great Tv. Better than my old Samsung so far. It doesn’t lock up

TV looks good especially for price. Volume is a little low

So far this tv has preformed flawlessly and has a great picture.

Have had my Sony LED TV for a month or so.... so far, so good. Previously had a Samsung 8500 65” and it crapped out after 3 years of use. Hoping I have better luck with this Sony. Feel like I got a good deal at a price point under $2K. One gripe I have is the speakers. I use an external sound bar and there is no way to disable the TV speakers while using the sound bar.

Wish I loved it but still overall very good! It seems dark even with adjustments to make brighter. They say LG and SONY do this to create a more real like picture. Maybe I am just a Samsung TV guy? Happy with the price I paid vs the LG 4k so overall it works!

Good quality just to expensive wish i took the Samsung....

I bought this Sony for my husband for Christmas. He loves it! It's big enough for him to stream all of his favorite shows, without being too big for our family room. I would definitely purchase again.

After 6 Sony televisions over the last 20 years, I find this 4K the best.

Bought as a gift for my father's 80th birthday. He loves it. Easy for him to use and watch all his sports, Netflix etc. Best Buy also set it up perfectly and made it so he was all good to go with no questions or issues.

Love the tv but the Android operating system is slow and Cumbersome.

Very happy with the tv, very nice picture and the colors are awesome.

The tv is awesome and so was Amier. We didn’t know much about the newest tech in tvs and he spent time explaining the differences and was a tremendous help. Plus he walked us through setting up the tv and it was easy with his guidance.

Good tv for the price and I would not hesitate to purchase again.

I PURCHASED A SONY STRICTLY 1ST BEING THE QUALITY FOR A MORE PROMISING DOUBT OF NEED FOR A WARRANTY LIKE OTHER BRANDS SEEM TO FAIL AT. STILL PURCHASED EXTENDED WARRANTY OF TWO YEARS. I HAVE HAD A ROKU STICK COME BACK 'OVER HEATED' AND HAD TO REMOVE, COOL DOWN, AND REPLACE. EVERYTHING SEEMS OK BUT WILL PULL THE ROKU TO SAVE TV IF IT PRESENTS A PROBLEM.

This Sony Television has great picture quality and is very stylish.

The technicians (geek squad) was on time and were professional, proficient and very fast. This TV went in my master bedroom and looks beautiful! It was at a great price too!!! Thank you!!!
