Customers are saying

They appreciate its great value for the price and find it particularly suitable for gaming. Sony 900F
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Wow, a fantastic tv. Sony is still the one and only! Vivid picture, ease of set up. As a matter of fact set it virtually done through your cell phone. Great stuff.

Worth every penny
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My wife and I spent quite a bit of time looking for new TV's. We looked at LG, Samsung, and this Sony. All three pictures looked fantastic. One particular LG model was unbelievable and even bested the picture on this Sony from a contrast perspective. However the LG cost about $1000 more! For what I needed (video gaming and 4K program viewing) this Sony TV is FANTASTIC. I really like the clarity of the picture, the features and the apps that this TV provides. I would recommend this TV to anyone looking in this price range. The picture is only bested by a TV that is a LOT more expensive.

This is a superb TV
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have only owned high end Sony TVs and the quality of the picture of this TV is excellent. The picture is very crisp. I compared this TV with other 65 inch TVs and only the OLED TVs have a better picture. There are plenty of inputs and you can even use your cable remote with it but it does not have all the functionality of a regular cable remote like favorites etc. The sound is pretty pedestrian with it coming out the bottom but I have a surround system so I do not use the built in speakers but use my surround system instead. I would highly recommend this TV.

Awesome TV
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After much research we settled on the Sony. The picture quality is great from standard channels to our old blueray movies, but it really shines when streaming in 4K. Added the Sony soundbar for a little more bass and could ask for anything better. Install was a breeze and adding all our extra components was simple and straightforward. It has a sensor that runs to the cable and other components to use single TV remote. They are now tucked away out of sight, makes for a real clean install and no clutter. All in all awesome TV and great price

One of the best 4K TVs on the market!
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Your search for an awesome TV has ended. This is hands down the best non-OLED TV right now. You get android tv mixed in with Sony's UI. I also have the 55inch and this 65inch is just as good but with a little more screen. This is not an edge lit TV so when you compare this with other edge lit TVs from Samsung or LG they don't compare in image quality or black level production. Full Local Array dimming is the next best thing next to OLED. If you are a gamer you don't have to worry about LED burn in. Trust me you can't go wrong with this TV.

not bad
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nice 4k tv. The only problem is , it's dobly vision can not be used with any other brand other than a sony 4k blu ray player. Other than that it is a nice tv.

Best Bang for the Buck
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After reading numerous review sites about the best TVs for 2018 in my price range, there was a clear winner - and it is the X900F. It is a great 4K TV with stunning picture quality, and even more impressive when viewing HDR content. The features it has that really swayed my decision were the HDR support and the full array local dimming capabilities - things I did not see in a lot of the other models at this price point. Can you get a better TV if you spend more money - absolutely...but is it worth it? This is a terrific set with higher end features that does not completely break the bank.

Great TV
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Have used for a couple of Months now. Great picture, nice features. The sound is decent from the speakers. I bought a Bose solo 5 soudbar but I really can't tell much of a difference between the sound bar and the built in speakers. I'm not a huge fan of the Chrome cast software that's built in but I tend to use the Apple TV or Roku anyway so I don't really care. I got this during the Christmas 2019 sales for $1100 and feel like it was a good price at the time. I think Sony does the best at upconverting non-4K content.

Not flawless, but very nice!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Upgraded from an X900E due to an errant dog bone...and this is a solid TV. I loved my X900E and this one is every bit as good and a shade better. Ghosting can be very noticeable in the right scene, but basically only when 75+% of the screen is pitch black and there's bright text elsewhere. Also is ever so slightly darker near the corners, but this is a pretty common issue across many TV's. All in all highly recommended.

Excellent LED TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We didn't want to go with a QLED, so we went with this LED. We're glad we selected this Sony. Excellent quality TV at a Black Friday price!

Near great image and very good audio
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review."Near great" only because at a very oblique angle the images are oddly flat - but no one would normally pick that angle for viewing. At most, I might take a half or quarter star off. Overall, I love the performance; clear, crisp images, very good motion and audio, and flexible connections for adding options like sound bars, cable, Blu ray, sub woofer, etc. I did add aan (unnecessary) Yamaha soundbar but I've found I rarely use it. Get Geek Squad for wall mounting. It's a large device and deserves professional care in installation. You won't regret this purchase.

Beautiful picture!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is our main tv. I adjusted the picture settings from default factory to vivid and custom. I agree with the web reviews that suggest adjustment of picture to vivid. Range of colors is wonderful! One negative is that Sony no longer “mirrors” screen with newer iPhone, and app for mirroring is an additional sum. I need to figure out how to do it or download other websites from Google store. Have it set up with soundbar for better sound. Highly recommend! I am partial to Sony TVs though. Also, Netflix programs filmed in 4K are so vivid and brilliant on this tv!
