We upgraded from a 55” Samsung 4K tv that’s about 4 years old. I knew we would be getting a better processor and picture, but this is a huge upgrade. The picture quality from streaming cable tv, Netflix, Hulu, etc are all great and stream much smoother. We are very happy with the purchase.

I’ve always been a Samsung TV fan (still am). I love this TV though- great picture. I will say, for getting my first TV with 240 refresh rate, I don’t really notice a difference in watching sports & action. Not sure if because I’ve been watching non-4K content (Hulu, etc). I still have yet to see a picture that looks as good as the loop video in the store (and I have the fastest internet, have watched some 4K HDR programs, I have 4K HDR hdmi cables). Still a great tv though.

I reviewed TVs for a long time before making the jump to 4K. There are a lot of options but this set has great colors and the picture is bright and pops. Lots of HDMI inputs. Love the built in chromecast as well. The wife even loves it she says watching sports you feel like you are there. Definitely recommend

Picture is great and Sony quality is there. A little bit of an issue that we think is the tv dropping the internet connection but it is not very frequent. We have ruled out the streaming services and our internet connection as the problem. Other than that, very pleased and service at Best Buy was great.

This Tv is amazing, i love the quality of the image. Did so much research before buying a TV and i cant say i didnt brake my pockets to get such a great Tv. Im not a big person on watching TV, but ever since i got this TV i find my self always watching movies, playing video games. Its a great buy for the price.

This Sony tv replaces an LG that was 1080p. This Sony tv is the best one I've ever owned. The picture is excellent. the aps are running great from a android system that doesn't get good reviews. the inputs could have a few more 4k compatible spots but other than that a great choice for a awesome 4k tv

I have been extremely happy with this TV. I did quite a bit of research before purchasing and this TV has absolutely everything I could want. The operating software is not as slow or clunky as seen on TVs from previous years and the picture quality and features of this TV are excellent. Highly recommend!

Had a plain sony 50 inch LED for 7 years and felt the need to upgrade.its amazing and the tech staff Rishi at the tysons corner best buy was really helpful.Very good quality and there is room for improvement on the sound system

Very nice TV, I really like the picture quality, but I have had issues with some of the functions. The ARC didn’t work well until I cleared the cache twice (on a brand-new tv), and I still can’t get Disney Plus to work correctly. With COVID-19 taking over I can’t get decent support from either Sony or Geek Squad. I get it, safety first, just minor problems that will eventually be resolved. Very nice upgrade from 2008 Samsung.

good tv got this when my Samsung kicked the bucket and was part of a protection plan upgrade works well enough i bought a second one for my gf mainly use for gaming and Netflix wish it was v sink but does the trick second one has power lines come across it every time it kicks on about a min into it like cap is warming up and discharges been fine for a year now 1st one going on 2 years use daily abt 5 to 6 hours

So far so good - knock on wood. Got a great deal on this TV open box. Picture is great, especially with the full back-lit display. Worth $1500 full price? I would say so...it's a bit of an investment, but for the quality of the image as well as the ease of access for apps, I think it'd be well worth it.

This is by far best tv I’ve ever owned. I recommend upgrading to the premium packages on streaming services like Netflix, to get the best viewing experience. Picture quality is stunning and the sound is really good. I brought a sound bar and actually returned it. Did not need it.

My husband and I know quite a bit about TVs. We wanted something with great quality, decent price, that would fit our needs. Some gaming, watching TV, and thats about it. The picture quality, as well as the colors, are ultimately perfect for the price point. Would recommend.

This TV out performs my OLED by far. Amazing clarity and brilliant color with no chance of burn in like the oled. The only negative is the clunky remote. Sony makes movies so they know how to make a TV that plays them like they should. 10 stars. I set it up myself in 10 minutes, a true smart TV.

Sony always put out a great product and this flat screen is no exception. The picture is amazing and the size fits perfectly over our gas fireplace. Sitting twelve feet away gives us the feel of our own private theater. Surround sound is highly recommended and only enhances the experience.

Brought this on the early black Friday sale and am totally satisfied with it. The picture is fantastic and the sharpness is amazing. Replaced a spectra TV and this doesn't compare. Has plenty of hdmi outlets and connects easy to a sound bar. You definitely won't regret this purchase.

I was reviewing a lot of tvs in this price range before I decided to make my purchase and I must say I love this tv while you are going to notice the difference between this and an oled this tv is still amazing and for the price I haven’t noticed one thing wrong with it

Pros: Great clear picture and upgraded speakers Cons: Restriction on Dolby Vision to only 3 picture modes

Watched the YouTube video about unpacking and installation and had it up and working in only 30 minutes. It has a great picture and so many features and apps we haven't had time to try them all yet. This is a highly recommended product!

I bought this after I returned a Samsung tv. I payed little more but so worth it. The picture is great. I have a few glitches with it. I do keep losing my interest. Almost every time I have to reconnect. Does not bother me a lot because I don’t use the apps much.
