I love my Best Buy, my people are great! There were a few customer service issues from the Geek Squad but barring those, all went very well and I love my upgraded Sony Bravia. It's the best!

We purchased this tv because we frequently have friends & family over to watch college football. My adult kids were making fun of my tv, so I purchased this one which is bigge,r faster and a better picture than any of their TV's. I love it. Love the sound bar too.

Amazing picture quality, I’m not sure if it’s the PS4 pro or the tv causing black screen issues but besides that it’s great. Only worried that the software will no longer receive updates due to its age now. I would recommend this tv though.

Thomas provided us with a fantastic shopping experience and helped us select the TV right for our room and viewing style. Everyone remarks on the incredible picture quality - sharpness and color. It may take us a while to figure out all of the features.

Picture is incredible and set up is easy. The screen is a bit shiny so if you have a light on where it can reflect it can cause some distraction, specifically if it is a dark scene you are watching. Still that’s a small annoyance. Everything else is great.

Picture quality is excellent after hours of researching and fine tuning picture settings. Sound quality is disappointing due to the muffled, rumbling sound from the bass reflex cones in the down firing speakers. The viewing angle is very limited so it must be set up for direct front viewing. Be prepared to purchase either a full motion wall mount or a tabletop swivel stand.

Initially I thought I spent too much on this TV but totally worth it. Love the quality of Sony products. Only thing is, interface is not as easy as another brands like samsung but I am ok with the compromise for better quality picture.

TV is amazing. Purchased open box that had a Geeksquad guarantee but the screws that connect the feet to the tv were missing. When I called Best Buy I was told to purchase them online or bring it back. Not cool. But I love the tv now that it’s up.

This tv looks great! I would definitely recommend. If you don’t mind spending a couple hundred more I would recommend the 950 model. Otherwise, this tv is awesome. Only flaw is the speakers sound really low and to the left, not evened our

I bought this Sony 65 inch TV and I don’t want to give my review just to see how it works, It still work perfectly well and the picture quality is amazing.It really worth it and I am glad I bought this Sony Tv.

Bought this Sony after returning a 75" LG of lower caliber. The Sony picture is great, not overly saturated as most Samsungs. The biggest issue I have is with the operating system (Android TV) and the remote doesn't work with the cable box from my provider. There's probably better out there depending on what's important to you.

We got this Sony to replace the Samsung QLED we originally got & hated. Exchanged it after 1 week for this Sony & it is so much better!

Bought it for my husband, for his birthday/Father's Day, to put in his "Dallas Cowboys Man Cave". Well he Loves it. He wouldn't stop talking about it, he loves the picture, he said his Cowboys are going to look great winning the Super Bowl this year!!

Bought this for the wall mount in our family room. Get picture, superb HD quality, many features I'm still discovering. I like the numerous connection options with HDMI or regular cable mounts to the screen. Best purchase ever.

My LG television died on me so I went to Best Buy for a new better tv. I was looking to spend less money but when the salesman showed me this one I was sold. The picture and sound is SO much better than the last tv. It was also much better than most tv’s on display.

Was looking at oled and qled but burn in and cost did not seem worth it for picture quality. This sony was suggested and I'm glad I went with it. Picture is outstanding and so many options to customize to your liking. The upscaling, motion refresh flawless.

Sound picture and features are very good, but this model doesn’t include Apple Airplay even though Sony updated the latest model and the previous model to this one. Best Buy rep said the TV does include it, but once I opened it and went through all the features and verifying it on Sony’s website, it doesn’t and there are no plans for an update in the near future.

Was debating between this and the Samsung QLED. Glad I went with the Sony. The picture is amazing, and the smart tv features are easy to use and can be updated to include all the latest apps. Plus the price was even better than the Samsung.

I've always been a big fan of Sony TVs. This is another in a long list of tvs that doesn't disappoint. I upgraded from a Sony 55 inch to the 65 inch and I'm very pleased with the product.

Amazing picture quality in the 1500 or less price range! I replaced this from a 3 year old Samsung 4K TV and felt it puts out a better picture and great watching sports and racing. Highly recommend to anyone!
