This TV has a great picture. It performs well in either a dark or a well lit room. The color and picture quality are simply amazing. It upscales lower quality content to near 4k level. I bought it on sale, so the value was definitely there.

I enjoy everything about Sony and 900F series are amazing, this time I bought another Sony tv and I really like the quality and clarity of the tv. This tv has many features and I would recommend this tv. I have tried other brands but I'll stick to Sony.

Was thinking about a 4K TV for awhile, pulled the trigger and glad I did. All the bells/whistles are great, apps work great, remote is easy to use, looks good and of course has a GREAT picture. I did get it calibrated, that was a good thing.

We have a 75" LG that I liked the picture of until I saw this Sony. The other TV has a glow to it. On the LG, the blacks are all gray. This Sony is the most accurate color and brightness of any TV I've seen.

First 4k TV I've ever purchased, did a lot of research before buying and came to the conclusion this one is the best bang for your buck. Looks great with Xbox one X as well. Bought the Sony soundbar with it, can't go wrong.

Got great advice from Best Buy sales associate to go with this Sony. Had the Geek Squad install in my new home we just moved into. They did a great job as well and also said best picture for the money without going to top end OLED.

Got this for the bedroom and it’s perfect. Great picture and sound. Sony tv’s are great. The price dropped a week after I purchased it, Best Buy honored the policy and I saved myself some money. Really happy with this buy.

Great TV, Switch to this LED from a plasma TV that was probably close to 10 years old. I have no regrets, this thing produces an amazing picture. Or use an Apple 4K TV to stream so I have no idea how that android that comes with this TV works.

Easy to follow instructions for installing and setting up this large TV. The picture is brilliant, sound is "OK" but I know that everyone installs some kind of sound bar or system. The Android system is not as "smart" as I was hoping and will not accommodate my iPhone so I will probably have to install Apple TV . I'm looking forward to many entertaining hours with this beautiful set.

Finally got this TV setup. I was blown away by the clarity of the picture in the store. It was the most vivid TV i have seen. To me it even was better then the High prices of some of the newer technology. After setting it up in my home i was not disappointed.. my only small negative was the difficulty i had seeing it up along with my Sony soundbar. It wasn't as easy as it should of been.

We really like our Sony Smart TV , it is our first smart TV and it is easy to understand and beautiful. Our only complaint is that we didn't want to use our cable box with it, and we had no idea that AT&T and Sony don't work together! Who would have thought that one of the giant cable companies and one of the giant electronics companies wouldn't work together? It seems like someone should have told us, I don't know if that someone should have been Best Buy or AT&T but after a long time of trying to download AT&T, we called AT&T and they said it is impossible to download AT&T on a Sony. So we are using the box, which is disappointing because we wanted to put the box on a different TV. But the TV itself is great, and the lady who helped us was nice

Terrible tv terrible customer service!! I went to Best Buy to buy A different brand of tv and was talked into buying xbr65x900e by the Sony rep. I have had this tv for less then 2 years and the picture has gone completely black. Called Sony did all the recommended steps to try and fix the tv. Nothing fixed it so they said it needed serviced. Yet after spending $2,000 they refuse to help in anyway at all. I bought a tv for $600 have had it for 12 years not a single issue. Bought a tv for $1,200 have had it for 7 years 0 issues. This is a joke. If you google it lots of people have had this issue. Not asking for complete help but feel like Sony should help out and have some kind of skin in the game after I spent $2,000 on a tv! This was not a cheap purchase! Customer service was a complete joke!! Stay away from Sony will not be buying a single Sony item again. Wish I would have bought the other brand. I submitted a review on there site and they took it down do not meeting there requirements! Stay away from Sony!

We spent a few hours in store and even more online doing research. This is the best TV you can get without stepping into OLED pricing which pretty much doubles what you're going to pay. So far we love it. No distortion And the blacks are black.

Color is vibrant and the picture is vivid. The 4K pictures coming out of this TV is so realistic. The natural colors come out clear and it mimics looking out a window. The Google Assistant function is very useful as well.

Have had my eye on this TV for a while & when the price dropped, had to get it. I also have a 900E. TV produces great colors and dark black colors. Only TV that is better is an OLED. Only issue I have and this affected both my 900 model TV is the Android 8.0 update. Ruined the Video app that comes pre loaded. Have to use a different free app VLC to play videos.

Sony is and will always be a leader in LED and OLED tv's. I purchased this one for my basement living room. I needed something with a slightly wider viewing angle. Even though the reviews claim this has a lower viewing angle than the 950G, I have no problems with side viewing with this unit. Some people say that the sound is terrible. That's a total lie. Maybe if they thought that the tv was going to sound like a theatre system, then yes. I will be purchasing a sound bar and subwoofer for bass, but as far as normal daily viewing of Netflix shows and movies, the sound is great. Overall this tv is a 5/5.

I was looking for an up-date for my 50 inch Panasonic plasma. I spent an hour in Best Buy looking at the different brands in 65 inch 4K. It narrowed down to a Sony and a Samsung and I chose the Sony. The Sony had that little something extra.

65” is huge! I was worried it would be too big for my apartment. But it fit just fine. Need to be at least 8 feet from screen to really see the entire screen. TV is loaded with features. Works great with Apple TV for 4K.

Amazing picture quality and worksmanship. Beats oversaturated Samsung TVs any day. As a major entertainment compamy, it makes sense that movies would look as great as they do on Sony TVs. The only reason why it is a 4 star review is because I thought the processor would work faster. A lot apps take longer than normal to load. Still, awesome TV.
