I went to Best Buy to get a Sony TV and it was already gone but this young Sony rep helped complete my purchase without any hassle at all. He even explained some things I didn’t know about Sony

We have had a few kinks but for the most part......... We have gotten enjoyment from it. We were very happy and lucky that we got a good deal on it during the Super Bowl sales.

It’s a smart tv so little more complicated then we’re use to. We are still learning but haven’t figured out internet connection yet. Hopefully my daughter can help with that.

Picture and sound is excellent. Four stars because of the remote control situation.
