Blooming and dark corners are a bit of an issue, but for a family room it’s okay. Also, glare is a problem in well lit spaces. Should have went with the Samsung.

Samsung, LG, and Sony. All work well. But for my personal home, I had to commit to one brand so that I could make my smart home work more seamlessly. Sony produces and excellent flat screen. Unlink what many will say about the viewing angle of this model (being that is best suited for front viewing only), I have been able to enjoy a much wider angle than stated. I have no problems with this purchase or recommending it to anyone.
