Smart Menu is buggy and slow!!

However after about two weeks I could barely use the remote as it stopped responding. At first I thought it was an IR issue but later found out it’s a software or processor problem. I only use the smart tv options Netflix, YouTubetv, prime etc. the tv is constantly trying to update. The android platform shows all these open apps that I have no clue what they are. Best Buy and geek squad told me to update the software, however my software version is up to date. I’m ready to take it back or toss it.
