The Sony TV was simple to set up and start using. The picture on the TV is excellent and exceeds my expectations.

It’s been a while since I’ve owned a Sony tv,,, I’m very satisfied with the colors and clarity.

Picture is clear, and it is great for all my needs. From gaming to movie the picture is phenomenal.

Upsacling looks awful and the operating system was one of the worst . Samsung or Roku have better os but 4K was awesome on this tv very nice and clear

I believe you get what you pay for so this TV was the right choice. Sony always had a reputation for the best TV's.

Is so nice to have a big TV like this 65 inch TV. Can believe I waited this long to buy a tv this big. Its great!

This thing is huge (for today). Has an excellent picture and, paired with Sonos, is unbeatable.

I bought two of these. One from Crutchfield and one from Bestbuy when they were $1500ea. I recently upgraded from my older Amazon Fire TV to the newer Amazon 4K Fire stick. That's when I realized this sets issue with Dolby Vision decoding. The picture looks horrible. Washed out colors and very dim (even in a dark room at night). Same for the internal apps built into the set. I'll admit the image does look slightly better if your using the built in Netflix app vs an external source but still not a quality picture. Neither the TV nor the Firestick allow you to disable Dolby Vision or default to the HDR10 format. The TV has a setting for HDR on/off/auto but it's overridded when Dolby Vision content is playing. I updated the firmware but it did not improve the picture much at all. To resolve I had to switch over to the ROKU player which does not support the Dolby Vision format. If your player does not support Dolby Vision (like the ROKU) then the apps (Netflix/Hulu/Prime) will default to another HDR format. Hope ROKU never adopts it or I'll be right back where I started. TV looks great with the ROKU ULTRA 2019 version (only one I've used). Wanted to share my experience. Had I known this up front I would have bought a different model or opted for an OLED. You should insist the store demo some dolby vision content for you before you take this one home. $1,500 is a lot of money to spend on a TV (at least it is for me). I expected more from the Sony brand. Hopefully they will listen to consumer complaints and role out a patch which allows owners to disable/bypass Dolby Vision decoding. With all the HDR formats available they should really let you choose which looks better on your set.

Highly recommend this Sony 65" TV. Eady to setup took less than half an hour from box to watching.

TV has great picture quality, Dolby Vision looks great on Netflix. My only complaint would be brightness. I also have a Samsung Q7, better picture on the Sony, but better color and brightness on the Q7.

This is probably the nicest tv I have thats not Oled. Snappy processor and wonderful image!

Exactly what I was expecting. The picture quality is exceptional. The only reason I’m not giving this 5 stars is because the remote response is unreasonably slow and be quite annoying.
