A little tricky with the diagramed leg stand directions that came with the tv. But not hard to do. The picture quality is awesome, the blacks are stunning and the tv speakers do a good job impersonating the surround sound experience. I also purchased the Sony Z9F sound bar which takes it all to another level. It came as a great package price.

Please make sure you research TVs even after looking at reviews because it took me 2 months before I finally made a decision but I am extremely happy with this one! Great LED color array and amazing picture quality! My parents have the older version of the same TV and they have had that TV for 7 years! I honestly have to say this is one of the nicest TVs on the market without going into the $4000 range. Great job Sony!

The basement is well lit with multiple windows and doors that let in a lot of outside light and this TV is very bright and colorful. The display is absolutely incredible. I haven't really tested out the sound yet because I have it connected to a Sony Receiver with 7.2 speakers. So far this TV has exceeded my expectations. I am a Sony fan for sure now.

The colors are beautiful, so vivid & the depth of colors is amazing. We also got a soundbar & are enjoying the awesome sound from various shows, programs, music channels like Pandora & Amazon. Best Buy installed our system & their tech guy did a great job. He also came back a few times to tweak some function on the TV & with our sound system as well. It is just so fun to have this wonderful TV & Audio experience in our home!

We only would like one additional feature. If you’ve ever seen “The Frame” tv you know what I’m talking about. There are ways to mimic the Art feature on this tv but “The Frame “ does it flawlessly and beautifully. I’ve tried several methods to mimic this including 3rd part apps, changing picture settings, Apple 4K but nothing gets close. All that being said, this is a great tv and about $500 less than the frame.

Best buy employee suggested the Sony Bravia 950 and explained why it was a better choice than the Samsung. I listened to the employee and purchased the television. I immediately installed the TV when I got home and setup. The picture is gorgeous and setup was extremely easy. All apps are easily setup through your personal device by using same wifi and hitting an OK button on the screen. After setting it up, I was watching television and realized the sound would increase during commercials. I also noticed certain channels were lower volume than the volume setting I had set. I spent many hours going through setting options and nothing worked to fix the issue. I called multiple customer support numbers and all of them tell you to go online to their website for support then it hangs up on you. Website says nothing about audio support but a couple audio support threads can be found mentioning it. Worse yet, these threads all discuss the ongoing audio issue known by Sony with their Bravia 800+ series televisions and their failure to address the issue. This is the most frustrating part as a consumer! I listened to an employee and follow his suggestions, however, he never mentions the known sound issues that Sony tvs are known to have. I investigated on other message boards and they all say the same thing - Great picture...known sound issues...no fixes coming soon. I chose to keep the tv and work past it but I wish I would've this sooner than later! Buyer beware!

We originally were shopping for the 900 Series in a 65". After seeing them side by side, we upgraded to the 950 Series (not all Best Buys had them side by side which made the difference for us). While we did add a Sony sound bar (Model: HTG700) which does give it more authentic sound for movies, we found the tv sound to be quite good. We don't shop tv's often so this is a true amazing experience!!
