Great looking, open box issues with remote/manual

I have learned to never do this again. TV didnt come with a remote and no instructions. Best Buy after I decided to cancel the order did realize that a TV needs a remote so included a universal one. The TV itself has a great great picture. The clarity is just for my needs. I wall mounted the TV and it looks great. Sound is just good enough where I dont need a soundbar. But its in a bedroom not the theatre room. Connected to my Wifi with ease and already has Netflix, Amazon Prime and youtube apps built in.

Love this tv! Great picture, and the sound is spectacular even without a soundbar. Since this model relays the sound differently than the other models, it was a deciding factor for me. The picture is just beautiful and it brings tv watching to a whole new level.

My previous TV, was just lit around the perimeter . Also it remains sharp, even at viewed at an angle, again, this was not the case with my previous TV. Best of all. is the sound. This is the first TV that I have owned that does not require hooking up external speakers .. I have some from my older TV, but often do not even turn them on & just use the built in speakers . So glad I returned to buying SONY.

It was noticeably better than the X90J and even the OLED, and blew the X85J away completely. When I found out there was one of these in the open box section, I knew I found our new TV. I have no complaints about it, it’s the best TV I’ve ever owned. It even upconverts old SD shows to crisp and beautiful perfection.

However I knew about that before purchase & since I’m not dark room watching & not gaming this tv fit my needs. A little over priced yes. But it was a splurge for myself. And I love how light it is, easy to use, pictures quality is amazing. But that glair is terrible. Oh well she is beautiful & I love her. Maybe I’ll move her to my bedroom where there is less light & buy something else for the front room.

Superb Sony Quality

Upgraded to a Samsung 4K Curved TV, which was alright but it did not produce the picture and sound quality I was looking for. We have now upgraded to the to this Sony 4K HDR TV. This TV, by far, is the best TV with all the picture and sound quality that I have been wanting. The 4K steaming is superb! The 4K Blu-ray looks and sounds fabulous! I could not have been happier with this TV!!

This is a replacement with my plasma, although the PLASMA lasted me 15 years and was still working I just wanted more vivid color when watching TV plus I needed a smart TV. The Sony TV comes with apps that offers free TV stations so I stopped with my cable service for the mean time. Money saved now would be GOOD so I can pay this off. But I just love it, it's just I am glued now watching series of shows available.

I did a lot of online review before I bought the Sony 950H and I am glad I took the time. If you saw a demo of the Sony 900, the 950H is way better. The first time I turned it on, I thought I was watching 3D the view was so clear. The picture is sharp, colors vivid but accurate, no fast motion issues, sound is even pretty good. I am VERY happy with the 950H!
