The only issue with my purchase was I located the TV in my basement which has mostly cinder block walls. Since the speakers in the TV project downward, there was an issue with sound clarity. A knowledgeable GEEK Squad member recommended a sound bar and the sound now is excellent!

Besides going with Oled this was my choice because of picture and options tv had to offer Apple home kit and Android tv not many tv's support both offerings and Dolby vision as well as some other things as well I needed. Picture is great only gripe is "hey google" sometimes triggers itself, or maybe its someone on the tv saying something the tv thinks is saying "hey Google" stupid technology?

I bought a different brand TV at first and failed to realize that the picture on the display model in the store was 4K, which is offered in limited amount in real life. I exchanged it for this Sony which has excellent sharpness and clarity for the regular cable channels and streaming that I watch.

Thoroughly enjoying watching tv as the colors are super. We are pleased that we decided to get the 65” instead of the 55”. One thing we have noticed is that the sound/volume on the tv is not as good as the older smaller TVs. You just have to turn the volume up a little more and we did purchase a sound system which helps.

This is one of the best, if not the best non-OLED TV on the market right now - as long as you're not concerned about gaming (doesn't have VRR or HDMI 2.0). My only complaint is some bugs when I try to launch Netflix. It's only happened a couple times, so I'm hoping it will be fixed with a firmware update.

The picture is beautiful -- I did not make any color adjustments, I am using the defaults. This is my 3rd Sony tv and I haven't had a problem with any of my previous sets. I am very satisfied. I use the tv for cable, Netflix, HBO Max and Prime. I am happy I went with this tv over the Samsung.

The picture is amazing. Gaming has never been better. I should have done this years ago, it’s just hard to when your old tv works fine. Btw, it still does.. just started having issues with sound and picture goes out on occasion.. will probably last 5 more years in my bedroom .

WE had is on the stands at first but then decided to have it wall mounted and added a Sonos ARC sound bar. They work great together. The stands don't feel real stable and the angle of the TV is up a few degrees. Prefer the Wall mount.

Add in the the wide range of costs into the mix, it can be overwhelming. However, when I was able to view and compare the picture of this Sony model vs. other similar TVs I was sold. I even compared it to a lower model Sony and liked the screen of this model much better. The increased cost of this model was well worth it for my application and personal preference.
