The service we received was excellent. The picture quality is great. We had an edge lit LED Sony 65" TV and went with the 65" Sony back lit. It has a much better picture quality and I would highly recommend it. I would also recommend getting the sound bar to go with it. It is well worth the money.

Three processor is so fast and allows for zipping around the GUI and I ditched cable so I can just “hey google” to access any YouTube or YouTube tv channel. Now with Apple TV plus built in and every other streaming service, I am thrilled to be able to cast and airplay 2 as well.

Nice TV but not compatible with LG soundbar.

Only caveat -- it does not work with a very expensive LG soundbar I already own. Apparently you have to buy the Sony soundbar as well if you want to do better than the TV speakers. The TV speakers are much better than most, but still no match for a soundbar.

Sony 65 TV rocks

Been a Sony and Sansung guy, but I do prefer Sony if cost is not the main issue. Still have some Sony 55 XBR tv's that are 15 years old and never a problem. And the picture is still good, though not 4K quality.

Replacement for a disappointing Samsung TV

This TV was much easier to setup with excellent picture quality right out of the box. Has a bright screen without having to be turned up to highest lighting levels, unlike the 65-8500 series Samsung .

After spending almost $2000 on the tv I had to turn around and buy a $400 sound bar just to be able to hear it and I don’t have any hearing issues lol!! The picture is good but the sound quality sucks! The tv I replaced was a Samsung and the sound quality on it was pretty amazing even though the tv itself didn’t last but 5 years!! I just thought it would be a better tv for what I paid than it is

The only reason I returned it for the x900h is no ATSC3.0 tuner and no HDMI 2.1. The picture quality and sound were superior to my x900h. If you are a movie and tv buff with a bright sunny room this tv will wow you.

A decade in the making

Such a joy watching shows in 4k, excellent sound and it pairs with bluetooth headsets so you can watch late at night and not wake up the family

Amazing 4K picture quality!

Picture quality is very good. 4K looks amazing. Love the Sony interface easy to use and has lots of picture and Audio adjustments. I would have given it 5 stars except the viewing angle is not what they advertise. It’s supposed to have extended viewing angle but I don’t find it any better than any other LCDs. If viewing angle is not an issue than this is a great TV.
