The product has beautiful color, but now I have no TV waiting on the cable company to attempt to resolve. Because I purchased the plan for the geek squad I called them first; I was told to go get a universal remote— that was not the type of service I expected. I had been able to function with The Sony remote originally, so that might be good advise— but not at this time.
