This TV is clear, crisp and big enough to see all over an open family room. Although we added a sound bar, the built in sound is great. Setup was menu driven and no problem. Sony Bravia is reliable and lasts longer than one would expect.

Purchased with a Sony sound bar - both are really excellent! TV has amazing picture quality - watch a lot of soccer, and it keeps up with the movement better than previous LEDs we've had. Easy to setup & get all working together with soundbar & apple box.

For the past 5+ years, I have had a 55” Sony X850C. This was a superb TV with a great color gamut. However, it could not get bright enough to fully enjoy the benefits of HDR and Dolby Vision. As a subscriber to Netflix and Amazon Prime, I started looking to upgrade. I looked at TCL and Hisense. But, I was never too sure about their quality. Then, I came across an open box 65” Sony X950H. This ticks all the boxes. Great colors, super sharp resolution and bright HDR. I tweaked the settings and the picture is awesome. I purchased this TV at Best Buy for $849. Then, I noticed the remote did not look like a 950H remote. BB had accidentally included a Sony 95J remote. I called and BB took another $100 off the price of the TV and told me to keep the remote. So, all in all, I have a 65” 950H for $749. Can’t beat that!

I must say a great deal of research was done to decide whether I wanted the 900 or the 950. Ultimately I chose the 950 just based on a few upgrades this TV is in a living room but my primary TV for watching is a LG55” OLED in bedroom which plays absolutely beautifully this TV is almost as nice as the OLED with a little adjustment the only difference is the depth of dark matter is not as deep or rich. I’ve had it now for about a week and I found that I do watch TV in my living room more often. The major challenge for me is I wanted a 75” format but 75” doesn’t sit centered over my fireplace it hangs off on one side and that just annoyed me so I had to go with the smaller frame however it’s still a beautiful TV and I’m pleased with my purchase & Jamal the representative at the Pearland store who seem to have taken forever helping me differentiate between models and features two thumbs up to him!

Just about the best picture quality you can get without getting an oled. It's bright and the darks are great especially on her content. It's amazing what a difference HDR makes, after you have it, not HDR content just looks bland, even if it's in 4k. I love this TV so far.

I really really really wanted an OLED tv and I know there is a ton of debate about burn in ( see comments by users under Cnet.com) so I am willing to wait for micro led to see how that works out. I won't address the physics of an LED tv and it's pros and cons so I'll try to stick with what I know about this model. We went from a 10 year old Panasonic plasma and still have it. Great tv. This tv has a bright picture and watching football games in HD is amazing. There is a ton of settings to mess with so watch Youtube for ideas but ultimately you have to like what you see. We love the Home screen for applications and everything works quick and flawlessly. At first we were disappointed in the picture watching cable but realized later our cable box was set to 720i. Once we changed it to 1080 we could see a difference. There are tons of terrific video reviews on Youtube. We feel we made a good choice for everyday watching.

I have had this TV for about a month now. The picture is very bright with great color depth, and the blacks are the deepest I've seen on an LED TV. The TV was relatively easy to set up, and works well with my Marantz AVR. I won't comment on the built-in audio of the TV other than to say it seems slightly above average, but then I only used it during setup. My only real complaint about this TV is that some of the included or available apps seem a little buggy or uncooperative (it took me four tries to get VUDU to work, and I still can't get Disney Plus online and running). on the apps I do have running that have available 4K content and Dolby Atmos sound, the built-in apps are working very well. The only real issue I have found is on a black title screen with the title in white letters, there is a very noticeable halo effect, but I believe the only way to avoid that is to go with an OLED TV. I would highly recommend this TV.
