CarPlay works well. It is is handy to have a second usb, which can charge a second phone or hook to a thumb drive that has your music files. The installer did introduce a glitch by trying to hook the usb1 to the usb from the original car manufacturer. That caused CarPlay random drops. Once phone is plugged into usb1 directly, that problem went away.

Looks good and it is easy to use. When I first purchased the radio I was a little intima dated by it's looks, but once the Geek squad installer showed me how to use it< it's a piece of cake.

Unfortunately I replaced the deck and amp at the same time so I cannot say what is causing the sound system to sound flat, especially on the low end, but after a second set of speakers it is either this head unit or the amp. I can say the issues I am having with this unit is having two users, after one connects via Bluetooth it will drop the second user so when my wife drives we have to forget and reconnect the Bluetooth each time. With Android auto this thing works good.

Awesome way to upgrade my current vehicle! I now have all the features of a new car and can talk and text safely while driving! I can’t believe I didn’t even know about Apple CarPlay before! The Best Buy team was very knowledgeable and helpful with product selection and the installation was seamless! Everything has been working perfectly and I now get excited about driving my car! Great for your car. I have an older car and now it feels like I am driving a brand new car. Nice camera and sound is incredible. My phone connects to it for a quick transfer from phone to car. I can talk on the phone and it lets me use my gps from my phone and shows the map on the screen using Siri. I love it.

We bought this head unit in order to install a back camera in VW Passat. Best Buy techs installed it and it works great. It actually improved the sound in the stock speakers since the EQ had more settings and control. Pleased with the unit, looks good in the car, and the back up camera works well.

its a good deal . BUT the employees that I interacted with were foul . Tried sayin I was being rude when I never said anything when I was tryin to pay for radio! I wont shop at that best buy again .

Overall, a perfect upgrade to the stock stereo I had in my Jeep. The blue tooth works well. I wish the bass had more pop but overall I'm very happy with the purchase.

I love the android auto and apple car play support. The bass is not great. I feel the sound output is a bit flat. The system does turn on very quickly which I love. The voice calls are clear.

easy design The only drawback was the wire to charge your phones was not installed correctly. It was just pulled out of back of the radio and not through the front. Now we have this wire hanging off the side of our console going to the back of the radio when it should have been installed with just the connection port sticking out of the radio.

It's a big upgrade for my 2014 Toyota RAV4. The features I use through Android Auto all work just fine. I like the use of the phone when typing. Touch on the screen is mostly accurate. Overall, for my main need of Spotify and navigation, it's great. The EQ setting are pretty good. Next step is to upgrade the speakers. The installation process was frustrating because there were no options for the installation to be done by Best Buy staff, as advertised for free. It may be due to COVID though. The system works except for the rear camera configuration. Hopefully we can get that situated and provide context on that.

It's a pretty good radio for the price. I changed the factory radio of a 2019 Outlander Sport for this unit as there was a mixup with the Android Auto in the original one. Sound is great, even better than the one in my factory unit. Camera works great and it reacts well to my touch, sun glare is minimum or at least better than the one in OG unit. My only complaints are with the microphone and wired hookup for android auto. I was lucky enough for the Installers to take the extra steps to really disguise the microphone in my car but I do wish there could have been an internal one in the unit. It does also sound a bit muffled and low if you are not turned towards the microphone. Overall, a good unit for its price.

Really nice head unit. Installed in my son's truck. Works good with android phone. Hands-free works well. Tons of nice features. Has enough power to really drive stock speakers. Sounds awesome.

For a 7” screen stereo with Apple CarPlay this is a great stereo. I’ve had it for a year, and it’s worked great with 2 amplifiers and a backup camera. The only issue I’ve found with the stereo is the sound quality when taking a video while connected over usb. Other than that, it’s great.
