I have called three times and they keep wanting me to diagnostics. I think its the tuner. I have a case number, but they still have not fixed the issue. Its been 3 months.

I wanted to get an upgrade so I decided to try the 75" Sony Bravia 3. Though its only Sony's entry level model, I was not impressed at all with the brightness and picture. It gets blurry and dark at times which made the experience not enjoyable. I'm going to pay a bit more and go back to Samsung for the quality and value!

TV would turn on and then turn off after about 15 seconds. Eventually it would stay on and when it did, the picture would be fine. Very frustrating. Returned it for the Samsung I initially intended to buy, but was convinced by the salesman that he thought I would like the Sony.

Sony should provide the wide length flathead screwdriver with the TV to allow for proper installation. I had to purchase an extra wide flathead to install. So, the TV is sitting on my floor for days. Not happy with the TV.
