In cinema mode it’s surround sound is pretty decent. For small rooms you don’t need a sound bar. In fact I returned one Bose smart 600 that I had bought with this tv. The Bose 600 was good independently but it did not go with this tv. The x90ks surround sound is sufficient enough. By the way I bought a 75 inch model. Not sure if the sound is similar for the smaller models.

Good TV - Excellent replacement for old Samsung

We have a large family room and a bigger size was also desired. The picture is excellent and the bezel is extra thin. It has lots of custom settings for the perfect picture in the room. Connections are a bit limited for a tv of this size, but ample for our needs. All connection ports are on the left side back of the tv as you view it from the front. This required me to move my Pioneer sound system and other peripherals without also purchasing longer HDMI and optical audio cables. So far, though, so good.

Its LED picture quality is excellent and produces bright and vibrant colors with 4K resolution. I love watching movies and TV shows in it, and I get completely immersed because of it. Its after-sales service is also fully in line with Sony’s brand standards. I didn’t see any problem with its setup and got it running properly.

I do think it looked better in the store then it does at home. The screen does reflect a lot of light from the room causes issues with watching. My prior TV in the same location did not have this issue. The screen surface is slightly wavy which is noticeable with the reflected lights. The built in Google TV works great and is user friendly. Integrates perfectly with Google assistant for controlling the unit. I think the LG and Samsungs have a better picture. But the UI on this is superior.

Full Array is a winner!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I previously purchased the XR X85K, but after an unfortunate accident it was ruined (insurance covered), so when it came time to replace it I decided to spend the extra $200 on the X90K, and wow, what a difference. If you are deciding between the 2, do yourself a favor and splurge. The picture quality with the full array dimming is noticeably better. The X90K also has an extra speaker and the sound is crisper.

The ability to watch these shows from long ago in such fantastic resolution is like watching a different movie.. Once setup and adjusted to your viewing preference. This Bravia TV is fantastic. Go through and learn all the different settings. YOUTUBE has some great guides.

Next Best Thing to OLED

We have a surround sound so not sure about the sound quality from the TV. We’re still getting used to the operation of the remote but other than that the TV is worth every penny….beautiful picture without the OLED price! The Best Buy employee told us the Sony TV was the next best thing if we didn’t want to spend too much & he was right!

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Absolutely love the TV it’s got a great picture specially when watching 4K Blu-ray’s and even streaming 4K content the speaker sound really nice overall I’m very pleased with it at the end of the day it’s a Sony you get what you pay for I have two OLEDs , and while the blacks are superior on those this TV gets pretty decent for black levels overall, it is an amazing TV, and worth every penny. I would highly recommend it.

The picture sharpness and colors are first-rate, it was easy for the cable company to set things up (a soundbar was extra), and we have been enjoying this 75-inch, very high-tech device with no problems.

Had this one for 5 weeks now and it's a great TV so far. I just need them to start breaking so I have an excuse to buy a new one. I gave 5 stars on sound but I use external audio system. TV speakers are good for style of TV. First NFL game watched on the TV looked amazing.

Went back and exchanged for this tv and im so glad i did. The color, refresh speed, and vividness is phenomenal. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for big money features for a reasonable price. Absolutely in love with it , kind of glad the lg was defective im a sony consumer for life...
