SONY Bravia are the best than any other tv brands.

The sales associate was so knowledgeable and very pleasant. She made my experience very enjoyable and was so patient. She was able to answer all of my questions and made me feel I was making the best choice. I love Best Buy for all of my appliances. I love my new beautiful 75 inch TV. Excellent choice.

We are thrilled with our Sony Bravia. Setup was relatively easy. When we initially turned the set on, we were both disappointed with the color saturation and the picture was a bit fuzzy. After making adjustments in settings, we absolutely love the quality and colors of the picture.

Our Sony XBR3 screen was becoming pixelated, time for a new one. I joked with the Sony rep at the store that it was ONLY 16 years old, so what gives?? It was a no-brainer to get another Sony product and this one doesn't disappoint, beautiful picture and tons of ports. Not a real big fan of the google interface… but you get used to it.

Love this song tv and all the smart features on it. It’s easy to operate, you no longer need to buy a “Stick” device to operate it either. Also a great note, the quality is great while streaming compared to fire tv sticks. It’s a night and day difference.

Great Tv, picture is amazing, very happy with my purchase, sound quality is nice since it has 4 speakers, I paired it with the Sony gh-700 sound bar and the sound blows you away!! Great features for the PS5 overall is a great tv, best bang for your buck!!

I purchased a Sony Bravia TV from Best Buy in 2023 for approximately $1,400, expecting premium quality and long-term reliability from a brand like Sony. Unfortunately, after only a relatively short period of normal household use, the TV developed a significant backlight failure that makes the screen difficult to watch. To provide context, this TV was used very lightly. On average, we watched it only about 2–3 hours per week, so the failure cannot reasonably be attributed to heavy or excessive use. I first contacted Sony Customer Support (Case # 10852539) hoping they would stand behind their product. During my call, the representative advised an out-of-pocket repair estimate ranging from $400–$600. Considering the original cost of the TV and how recently it was purchased, this was extremely disappointing. I asked to speak with a manager, and instead, I was given an email address ([email protected]) and was told a manager would call me back within 24 hours. As you might expect, no one ever called. Trying to resolve the issue locally, I visited the Best Buy store where I originally purchased the TV. I spoke with three employees in different roles, including the store manager. I was told that because I did not purchase the extended 5-year warranty, there was nothing they could do to help. During the conversation, I asked whether that means a $1,400 television should basically be considered disposable after only a couple of years. Shockingly, the manager agreed and said yes. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Customers purchasing premium electronics reasonably expect them to last longer than the standard warranty period, and they also expect meaningful customer support when major failures occur. Instead, this experience made it feel like customers are expected to purchase expensive extended warranties just to protect themselves from early product failure. I am sharing this review to help other buyers make informed decisions before investing in what is marketed as a premium product.

Bought the Sony Bravia xr90k 75 inch T.V. on sale at Bestbuy about a month ago. What a picture! I LOVE watching 4k movies on this set. (everything else looks great too) Once you get the settings how you like, It just blew me away! Tons of apps. Extremely happy with this purchase. Thanks Sony. Awesome T.V.

We've purchased 3 Sony Bravia TV's from Best Buy! Hands down Sony makes the best quality TV's. The picture and sound quality are fantastic, and the size is perfect for our living room. The delivery/set up was fast and we couldn't be happier.

I just got this tv and the picture quality is awesome very nice tv i have a bose soundbar 900 and when it is hooked up with hdmi arc cable and optic it will make the tv go black then back on and says it switched to tv speaker for some reason thats the only prob i have so far.

Crystal clear! Looked at all the SONY brands only! The size, the sound and the color out performed any of the other TV displays they had. Very, very happy with my purchase and the bracket I purchased from the installer instead of the one I bought at the store.

Best TV I have ever owned, the clarity of picture on every part of the screen regardless of what channel I’m watching is just amazing. Look no further if you are looking for a TV that does what a TV should do and at the same time it’s not overpriced.

Replaced Sony XBR 90H 75 inch with the X90K 75 inch. At $1399 sale price you will not find a better tv. Using it for streaming, OTA, & Tablo TV with excellent picture quality on all. Excellent sound with the A3000 sound bar attached.

This is a great TV. The picture is crisp and bright.works very well for movies and gaming. The sound was fine, but I immediately hooked up a soundbar so I don't have extensive details on the sound. Definitely worth it. Can't wait for football season.

Picture could be a bit more crisp, and color more dynamic, but I don't regret this purchase at all. Easy to set up and use. Can be hard to get the full impact of some of the features without other tech (think: Dolby enabled soundbar, watching something filmed in ultra HD, etc.)

Amazingl picture, very user friendly interface. Great Buy. plenty of HDMI ports. Add the Sony A5000, to kick it up a notch. The surround sound sounds amazing with Dolby Atmos. Cause it from my old one that got it.
