No appletv

Spent 30 min with apple, seems o going prob with sony. Also screen seemed to get a hot mark when left on too long. Doesn't seem permanent.

I dislike how confusing the menus and options are. There are just too many things going on. While having a lot of control is a perk in my book I feel they could have made this alot more straightforward when concerned aboit the tv optios (thisbis not for apps or things like that but just the tvs options) There is also some lthing wrong with how it connect to my soundbar. It should turn the soundbar on when the tv turns on but when it does the tv uses its speakers even though i have everything set properly. I now use the setting which keeps the soundbar on all the time but this is not ideal.

Thank you for the review and we do apologize for the inconvenience. Please allow us to help you and turn this into a better experience. Power reset the TV and the soundbar, simply unplug the unit and wait 1-2 minutes then plug the device back in and power on. That will depend on how the soundbar connected to the TV. You may find this article helpful on how to properly setup the soundbar with your TV.

I wasn't familiar with the google platform but I really like it. It is very easy to use. I liked it so much a bought the 55" for my parents who are older and I am putting them on a streaming service instead of paying the high cable bill. I also have two large window with a lot of light and the picture is still great. I really love this tv!!
