The TV itself has "software issues" (according to Sony customer service) that splits the screen in half, requiring a reboot every few days. Sony cannot estimate when they will be resolved and can only recommend unplugging and plugging the TV back in if whenever it occurs. If I had purchased the set where I usually buy my TVs, I would have returned the Sony and exchanged it for another brand. But Best Buy does not allow returns after 15 days. For what it's worth, when it doesn't need to be rebooted, the picture looks great. Unfortunately, it needs to be rebooted at least once a week.

I was very shocked at how easy it was to assemble the legs. I will admit it takes 2 people to handle a 75” tv. The screen is very clear and I appreciate how lightweight and small the remote is. I am soooo happy with my purchase.

But that thw google platfrom not sony.

I'm not his favorite son-in-law so I couldn't buy the same TV he bought just because. (you understand) Did some research and purchased the Sony Bravia XR X90K. I can give you all the benefits and why it's a good TV, but what makes it great is that now my father-in-law wants a Sony Bravia XR90K over his Samsung. The Best Buy team delivered and connected it to my speaker system and balanced out 7.1 DA which sounds better than before. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The only difficulty was the setup with the TV legs. The directions are composed of pictures and no words. If you have a sound bar you need to extend the legs in order for your remote to work; otherwise, it obstructed.

She was very knowledgeable, professional. & friendly. The Sony Bravia Television was reasonably priced, It was rated very well, and in fact has been one of the best televisions we haveever owned. The color, contrast, sound, picture size, etc are the best we have seen. We are completely satisfied. Additionally, the pair of delivery & installation personnel were extremely competent, frirendly, & professuional. They nade the set-up of the new television effortless and pleasant.Our experience was overall A+++++.

I'm not normally someone that spends this amount on a TV. I started out with a TCL 6 series and had trouble. It powered off and wouldn't power back on so I returned it and the rep recommended the Sony Bravia. I was hesitant based on the price, but I really wanted a TV with Google TV UI. The picture is amazing, so no regrets!
