Check everything before delivery guys leave

When I increase or decrease the volume using remote, it doesn't do that fast enough. I've to press the remote volume button multiple times even though it's a brand new remote.

The delivery guys never confirmed and the date wasn’t set until mid morning by that time i was already gone to work. It took two weeks to get this order completed.

This TV is the most realistic picture you will find for the money. Colours are true and blacks are black. Easy set up, great for normal TV watching like football and golf, then amazing when you watch Netflix or 4k movies. I was going to get the 65in , but the BestBuy sales person talked me into the 75in. Very glad I went for it. Paired it with the Denon Home soundbar and 2 150 speakers. Its a wow!

I have owned them all from Samsung to Sony to TCL and I have owned how much earlier model of a Sony Bravia TV and I would have to place both Sony televisions at the top of the list for overall build and picture quality and value for the money.

Nice but needs lots of tweeking

The problem I have is that you have to calibrate it for every single app. HBO max, Netflix, regular tv, the screen before hbo max. Maaaaaaan. Also to get the most of using this tv with a surround sound system and an Xbox series c or PlayStation with 120 hz I now have to replace my receiver because it can only handle 60hz so until I scramble another $550 for the cheapest 5.2 receiver I won’t know yet what this tv can really do since it goes from tv to surround to speakers. I will say that I noticed this tv with the new E/ARC hdmi port makes my surround speakers sound much much better.
