Better or just as good at everything which is a plus. I like Sony processing over the other brands and this looks fantastic out of the box.

We're sorry you've been running into difficulty. To avoid any issues, please make sure that the HDMI cables you are using are rated for high speed and are at least 18 Gbps/"Premium High Speed" (or better). You could also test this with different cable.
Check the Audio system prioritization. Press the (Quick Settings) button on the remote control, then select [Settings] — [Display & Sound] — [Audio System prioritization]. If enabled, this automatically switches the audio output to a BRAVIA Sync-compatible audio system when the TV is turned on.
If the issue persists, perform a restart by pressing the Power button on the remote control until Restart appears on the screen, and then select it to perform a power reset. Verify if it resolves the issue. Also check that your TV is running the latest firmware.
