I've always bought Samsung or cheaper brands but decided tonstep it up and this tv doesn't disappoint. Watching nature films and sports are way better now.

Having trouble with it

First time installed a month ago it came with screen broke. Best Buy replaced it few days later and on the first day the screen went blank. You have to turn it off and then comes fine after an hour of rest. At times goes in to split screen image. Best Buy gave excellent service and replaced it four days ago. Worked well for the first three days and today same old story, split screen images and blank screen. When it works the picture quality is excellent. Maybe I am just having bad luck with this one.

Returned the model under this one because it had problems, so I figured, upgrade the model... better tv. WRONG!!! The picture goes black, and an extremely tiny sliver appears on the left-hand side of the tv. You must go through the options to restart the tv. Used to happen infrequently but has just started to increase its rate of occurrences. Just noticed an area of burnt pixels today. Awful tv, I can never buy Sony again. I have a TCL and a LG and both have been no problem.
