Other TVs in our household do not have this problem, so it isn’t my internet connection that’s to blame. I can’t recommend this tv based on this issue. If I could return it, I definitely would but with Best Buy’s 14 day return, it’s no longer an option for me. Also, good luck contacting Sony customer service! Submitting this review in hopes I’ll get a response from Sony.

I specifically wanted a TV that had an analog (RCA/mini jack) audio output. I was told this unit has that feature; it does not. I was also told that the TV speaker could be used as the center speaker in a surround sound system; it can’t. The TV has a center speaker input, but IT ONLY WORKS WITH SELECT SOUNDBARS. I would rather have an ashtray on the side of the TV. The side viewing angles are absolutely abysmal. A move of two feet left or right of dead center, at a distance of ten feet, causes very noticeable color shift and washout. This is not very apparent in store because the picture is set up with extraordinarily vivid settings, and the displayed programming has very rapid scene changes. It does have a bright picture, so it works well in fairly brightly lit rooms. Do your research prior to purchasing a TV from Best Buy. Their associates will not be able to, or intentionally won’t, guide you to a purchase that meets your needs. They will guide you to a product that they need to move ASAP.
